• Business Days: Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays

3. Shipping Costs

• Calculated automatically at checkout based on:
  • Destination country
  • Package weight/dimensions
  • Selected service level
• Free domestic shipping for orders over $150 USD

4. Customs & Duties

• International customers are responsible for:
  • Import taxes
  • Customs duties
  • Brokerage fees
• We cannot:
  • Predict these charges
  • Refund orders due to unpaid customs fees
• Declared value = merchandise total only

5. Delivery Issues

a. Failed Deliveries

• 3 delivery attempts typically made
• Unclaimed packages returned to us subject to:
  • Return shipping fees deduction
  • 15% restocking fee

b. Address Errors

• Changes accepted only before shipment processing

c. Lost Packages

• File claims after:
  • 21 days (domestic)
  • 30 days (international)
• Require police report for high-value claims (>$500)

6. Holiday Exceptions

Extended processing times during:

• Black Friday to Christmas (Nov 25-Dec 25)
• Major public holidays

7. Restricted Countries

We currently cannot ship to:

• Russia
• Belarus
• Crimea Region
• North Korea
