2. Qualification Requirements

We accept returns/exchanges only if:
✅ Items unworn/unwashed with original tags
✅ Original packaging intact
✅ Proof of purchase provided
🚫 Final sale items (clearance/swimwear/underwear)
🚫 Customized/personalized products

3. Return Process

  • Order number
  • Product photos
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Receive RMA authorization & shipping instructions within 2 business days

4. Refund Processing

  • Timeline: 5-10 business days after receiving returned items

  • Deductions:
    • Original shipping costs non-refundable
    • 15% restocking fee for non-defective returns
    • Return shipping costs at customer's expense

Exception: Full refund including shipping for our errors/wrong items

6. Non-Returnable Situations
