V notch neckline with frill around the neck, full length sleeves with soft shirring and frill at cuff, button through design with delicate fabric covered buttons. Shirring at the back waistband to give shape, soft shirring at waist seam and removable tie waistband. Finished with side seam pockets and a single tier of soft gathers.
