We accept returns/exchanges only if:

✅ Original packaging intact
✅ Proof of purchase provided

3. Return Process

- Order number
- Product photos
- Reason for return
Step 2: Receive RMA authorization & shipping instructions within 2 business days

4. Refund Processing
- Timeline: 5-10 business days after receiving returned items

- Deductions:
- Original shipping costs non-refundable
- 15% restocking fee for non-defective returns
- Return shipping costs at customer's expense
Exception: Full refund including shipping for our errors/wrong items
